Chief Emeka David William Echi, Ebekwe Dike 1 Aguluu, Anambra State, though born in Enugu State in 1981, is a native of Eleoha Ututu in Arochukwu, Abia State, Nigeria. Chief had his primary school education in Isalelko in Lagos and later went to Enugu where he acquired his secondary school education. He afterwards proceeded to Convenient Polytechnic in Aba, where he did his OND and HND in Business Administration.
On completion of the mandatory one year national youth service program, like every other young person, young Emeka worked here and there, before venturing into private business perhaps to practice the business skills he had acquired while studying business administration at Covenant Polytechnic,Aba, Abia State, Nigeria.

In all honesty, Chief Emeka David William Echi seems to have been chosen by God for leadership because, right from his time at the Polytechnic and after graduation, he had served in different leadership positions, including serving as President Youth Leadership Initiative Abia State and Youth Leader APC Vanguard, Abia State. For him, it has been from one leadership position to another, with Chief Emeka Echi excelling in every case and In most cases, using his personal resources to achieve group objectives.

Chief Emeka Echi is a hardworking man and goal getter, who works deploying all his energy and intellects to achieve whatever goal he has fixed his eyes upon. Today,all his hard works have paid off as he sits atop a arge businesses conglomerate with interest in oil and gas, construction, haulage and marine services, dispensing world class services to its clients across Nigeria and the entire world.

Chief Emeka Echi, Ebekwe Dike 1, Aguluu is a philanthropist and community leader whose footprints can be seen in his community and several other places outside of his place of birth. Like the saying goes, a child who washes his hands clean eats with elders.
