OUR SERVICES;

1. Electrical; Repair and replacement of builb, tubes, sockets,switches, garden light and checking of PHCN bills.

2. Plumbing; Repairs of leakages in pipes, repair and replacement of ordinary basin tap, stop cork, flexible connector, unblocking drainages.

3. Carpentry; Windows of wooden doors and windows, cabinets, drobes, locks, fixing of nails, bolts and screws.

4. Fumigation/Pest Control; Fumigation of the living area once in a week and twice weekly for common area. We also fight and eliminate ants, rodents and rats.

5. Genrator Services: Daily checking of engine oil and other necessary parts. Regular maintenance and servicing for every 200-250 hours.

6. Swimming Pool Services;
Daily chemical treatment, clearing of surface dirt and periodic change of pool water.

7. Water Treatment Plant; Application of suitable chemicals. Repairs of pumps, dislodging and washing of tanks and pressure filters.

8. Gardening; Daily watering of flowers and carpet grass. Maintenance and decorations of gardens. Weekly trimming, cutting, pruning and uprooting.

9. Masonry; Plastering of broken walls and floors. Blocking of A/C ducts.

9. Air-conditioning/Refrigeration; Monthly cleaning of filter and dust. Repair, cleaning and servicing of A/C

10. Sewage; Dislodging of blocked drains and chambers.

11. Refuse Collection: Daily solid waste collection and disposal to central disposal unit.

12. Cleaning: Provision of consumables and machines for daily cleaning, mopping, disinfecting and deodorizing of different areas. Scrubbing, washing, sweeping, removal of cobwebs etc

13. Security; Provision of security personnel.
