DREDGING EQUIPMENT
Trailing Suction Hopper Dredges:

These are self propelled, self loading ships, designed to excavate and load seabed materials into a self contained hopper, through trailing drag arms and pumps for transportation to a disposal site. Hopper Dredges are best suited for conditions that exclude the use of mechanical clamshell or cutter dredges, notably in busy navigation channels and open ocean borrow areas far from designated placement sites.
It is certified for coastal or ocean waters and well suited in challenging sea conditions beyond the capacity of other dredging equipment.
We employ this equipment on all types of dredging projects which is why we are always able to exceed our clients highest expectations.

CUTTERS SUCTION DREDGES:

This equation is equipped with a rotating cutter head that axcavate seabeds materials through a series of pipe and pumps, transport materials to in-water or upland discharged location. The Logon cutter fleet is designed to excavate and pump a wide range of materials, including highly consolidated sand, clay and rock.
The dredges are certified to work in offshore, near shore or inlaw water ways, and borrow sites.
These dredges execute a wide range of projects, including capital port improvement, navigation channels improvement and maintenance, beach nourishment and coastal restoration works.

MECHANICAL DREDGES:

We operate two of the largest mechanical clamshell dredges in Nigeria as well as a barge mounted Liebherr 996 hydraulic excavator. These vessels operate on large load line certified spud barges, and are utilized on a large range of projects, including navigation channel and port facility improvements, maintenance dredging, demolition, pipeline excavation/burial and slop revetment work. These dredges are capable of excavating a wide range of materials. It's very efficient and versatile.

RIVER AND LAKES DREDGES:

This division operates two to three inches hydraulic, cutter head dredges, booster stations and a wide range of auxiliary equipment for environmental and inland dredging projects.
