Recently, Mr Abayomi Olawusi spoke to highlight the achievements of his company since his foray into the real estate sector.

HOW IT ALL STARTED;

I have always loved banking and even wished to make a career in the banking sector but some how, it didn't work out. When it didn't work out, I decided to ask God for direction concerning my next line of action and God directed me to real estate, which is where I am at the moment.

At first, I was afraid because I thought I won't be able to raise enough money to invest here. I dilly-dallyed for sometimes and after a while, I decided to do as God had directed. We started by conducting research on the sector and in the course of that research, we realized there is a humongous deficit to be filled. It was therefore the desire to fill this deficit that motivated me to get involved in the sector and to do that, we set up Royal Evolution Nigeria Limited in 2014 but actual operations commenced in 2019.

MISSION AND VISION

Our first objective is to provide affordable accommodation to the masses which is why we always consider baseline before fixing the price of any real estate product which we take to the market. Our second objective is to create investment opportunities in real estate for Nigerians especially those in the middle class who are always looking for opportunities to grow their incomes and revenue.

For instsnce, we have our land banking services where people buy land from us, keep it for sometimes, and resell afterwards at very profitable rate or develop such land into buildings and live on the income it generates. As we speak, those who had availed themselves with this programme are making huge profit from the land they bought a few years ago which they have begun to sell at more than three hundred times the initial amount they had bought such land. We create wealth and those who have keyed into it are happy they did.

We make it our responsibility to create wealth for those who subscribe to our projects and those who patronize the real estate products we introduce to the market. For instance, through our rent to own project, you can rent a property from us today, live there for sometimes and became the owner of the same property afterwards. This is a very simple,cost effective and stress-free way to become a property owner.
As we speak, quite a number of people are keying into it.
